Anorexia Symptoms

Anorexia symptoms are both physical and behavioral. One of the anorexia symptoms is that a female, even despite the fact that she is not overweight, diets compulsively. Since dieting is a key part of anorexia, many

A girl may have gone through a recent  weight loss and be 14% or more under her normal health body weight. nevertheless, she will always  complain that she is fat, when this is clearly not the truth. recurrent weighing is one of the anorexia symptoms. A girl may do this quite a few times a day. Another of the anorexia symptoms is for the girl to have an intense obsession with food, calories, nutrition, and cooking. In accumulation to this, it is  usual for a girl with anorexia to talk about food allot.

A girl with anorexia almost never eats, and she usually denies being hungry. One of the anorexia symptoms is that it is not unusual for her to take on in strange food-related behaviors when she actually does decide to eat food. You well see her cutting food into tiny pieces, or only eating one food at a time. Another of the anorexia symptoms is episodes of overdo eating, effected by the loss of control as these girl are hungry, so when they finally eat, it is very hard for them to stop.

 

Not eating is very hard on the body, but girls with anorexia also exercise to much witch makes there condition even worse. As a result of no food and a lot of exercising, she will probably experience another of the anorexia symptoms, amenorrhea, which means loss of her monthly period. Another of the anorexia symptoms is that the hair on her head falls out, and at the same time she may experience strange hair growth on her arms and legs. This is because her body is trying to stay warm.

 

Anorexia is a psychiatric disorder, just health like anxiety and depression. It is not a diet that went wrong, even though it may have started as a way to lose weight. One of the serious anorexia symptoms is self-starvation. Girls with this disorder literally starve themselves to death. It is very hard for them to change there behavior once they have started, and then go back to eating normally. This illness affects every part of life: work, home, friends, and health.
